Return & Refund Policy:

At Nabarna Foods India (unit of Crystal Vision), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy outlined below:

  1. Eligibility

1.1. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

1.2. Perishable goods such as fresh produce, dairy products, and frozen items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrived damaged or expired.

1.3. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  1. Initiation of Return

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via phone or email with your order number and a description of the issue.

2.2. Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

3.1. Once your return is approved, please carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to the address provided by our customer support team.

3.2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. Inspection and Approval

4.1. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria stated in section 1 above.

4.2. If your return is approved, we will process your refund using the original method of payment. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5.1. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping charges.

5.2. In case of a defective or damaged item, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

5.3. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6.1. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

7.1. Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and personalized or customized items.

7.2. Returns of opened or partially used items may be subject to a restocking fee.
